As of March 1, building entry standards for both the Eagleton and Limbaugh Courthouses have been revised. Masks are no longer required in common areas of the Courthouse, but remain recommended for unvaccinated persons and persons for whom COVID-19 and its variants pose an elevated health risk, in keeping with standards from the Centers for Disease Control. Each agency, Court, or Presiding Judge may enforce their own standards regarding social distancing and masking within any portion of their designated space. Remote business options remain available for persons who are unable to access the Courthouses physically; information for each Courthouse agency can be found here. A complete copy of the new Courthouse entry order may be found here.
